My grand father was an engraver. He fascinated me
when I saw him carve, in a seemingly easy fashion,
such nice letters onto brass plates. His old hands
where steadier at the time on the chisel than mine
today on the mouse. This font is a tribute to one
of the plates he designed, in such a style. I drew
this more or less from memory, as his original
creation is long gone in the hands of a customer I
never saw again. I was probably five at the
time...
