Letters typeface offers the possibility to create exercises that follow
the guidelines of the D'Nealian ® approach.
With these
school fonts, you can create you own exercises and study books, with
the phrases and curriculum that you consider the most appropriate for
learning handwriting. They work within any standard application, and
can be used with such programs as Microsoft Word™, Claris
Works™, and
current software. The fonts contain all the current characters, as well
as accented characters for foreign languages and current symbols.
No need for complicated additional
software
These
typefaces do not require any additional software to work with your
current applications : word processor, layout program, publishing
software, and so on. They work immediately, like any other font, as
soon as they are installed.
These
typefaces are hinted and kerned, and suited for any kind of printing
work. They have been used by famous European printers to set text,
using typesetting equipment.
Each
font contains the standard set of characters for the target platform :
Windows™ standard character set (Western -CP1252),
Macintosh™ standard
character set (Western) and Adobe™ standard character set. This
character set contains all accented characters for Western European
languages, as well as current symbols, available through the "insert
character" feature of Word, and other current word processing
applications, as well as system utilities such as CharMap™ and
KeyCaps™.
These
fonts are provided in both TrueType format (most usual ) and Type 1.
ATM Type 1 fonts require that Adobe Type Manager™ be installed to
work
under current versions of Windows™.
These typefaces are best rendered on the printer, so they print
legibly, not to display at small point sizes on the screen. If you need
