Zebrures means litteraly and figuratively, the stripes of a zebra,
in French. Have you noticed the strange effect such stripes have
on the eyes ? It is still simple black and white, but it does
add some dynamic to the fonts, just as much as if they had been
in color. I did quite a bit of research on such lines, at one
point, for posters that were xeroxed, and no solid color could
be used. I guess something remained.
