Fact

Parador does not have serifs, it grew spikes ! As a mater of
fact, the idea, and the name for this font, comes from that part
of Spain where they have all sorts of gates, metal ornaments
around their windows, and altogether works of art that are at
the same time excellent theft deterrents. Somebody told me that
the three branches reminded him of a fork. He was not French,
though. Another mentioned the Club Med logo. I assure you, there
is no relationship whatsoever. I liked the idea, got to the drawing
board, and there ! Enjoy !
